Web Based Time Keeping

MobileBio is a fingerprint verification device that can be used for both Time-and-Attendance and for Access control.
MobileBio stores fingerprints both locally on the device and/or remotely on a centrally located server.

Wireless through GPRS

• The device is wireless.
• MobileBio can be used as a mobile device or it can be permanently installed.
• No data caballing is required for a fixed installation.
• No controlling PC or controlling software is required.
• Remote sites can be managed and monitored in real time from any PC in the world with Internet access.

Alerts

SMS and or E-mail alerts can be set to alert management when employees clock in late or leave early.
A business rule report list all the alerts that were triggered by an employee or group of employees over a period.

Reports

Some of the key T&A management reports are listed below.

• Attendance register report. (Also called the Time and Attendance Report)
• In/Out Report to indicate which employees are currently on site.
• Total hours worked report per period, per department and per cost centre.
• Absenteeism reasons and report

Payroll Integration

MobileBio interfaces with most of the payroll packages including Pastel and VIP.

Access Control

Individual employees or groups of employees can be granted access per device, eg. all employees can access the main gate, but only two employees can access the store room.

Temporary access can also be granted where by an employee or group of employees are only allowed on site for example Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 17:30
