Where do we find recruits?

There’s a wealth of talent in the market that will fit the client’s specific needs. Our reach into this pool is extensive. Not only do we use our own database of potential 1 200 candidates , we also tap into Internet recruitment sites and cherry pick by advertising in the correct medium that is read by your profiled candidate.

Screening

By screening the candidates correctly we eliminate the costly mistake of employing the wrong person for the position. All reference checks and police checks are made in confidence and in strict compliance with the job specification.

Interviewing process

Our career guidance and assessment centre uses scientific profiling to ensure that there’s an initial fit.

Interviews are co-ordinated between the short-listed candidates and the client.

Candidates are notified in writing whether they have the position or not.
