pick by advertising in the correct medium that is read by your profiled
candidate.
Screening
By screening the candidates correctly we eliminate the costly mistake
of employing the wrong person for the position. All reference checks
and police checks are made in confidence and in strict compliance
with the job specification.
Interviewing process
Our career guidance and assessment centre uses scientific
profiling to ensure that there’s an initial fit.
Interviews are co-ordinated between the short-listed candidates
and the client.
Candidates are notified in writing whether they have the position
or not.
