- Implementing and maintaining all Human Resources records like Employee code of conduct, Employee contracts and personal files, Employment Equity plan and Staff recruitment policies.
- Awareness of Client Employment Equity strategy and meeting such criteria.
- Implementation of policies and procedures such as:
- Employment Equity Policy & Equal Opportunities Policy
- Leave Policy
- Expanding scope and level of service
- Implementing organisational initiatives that link to your overall business plan: outsourcing becomes strategic, not tactical
