Q: What makes you different from your opposition?

A: The management team at Staff Dynamix all have many years experience in the labour industry. We understand the importance of listening to our Clients and providing a labour solution to meet the needs of their individual company. We believe that our back office, wages, HR, IR and Operations must be totally professional with no room for costly errors.

Q: How will outsourcing my staff save my company money?

A: All companies experience peaks and valleys in the operations. By outsourcing your labour you only use staff as and when needed thus saving salaries and wages when staff are not productive. All IR Procedures are included in the rate charged by Staff Dynamix and by following correct disciplinary procedures there are no surprises by having to pay large accounts to consultants or worse still CCMA settlements caused by mistakes. There are no recruitment fees charged on outsourced employees. A fee may only become payable should the employee become permanent.

Q: Who is liable if a disgruntled employee goes to CCMA?

A: Both the Client and Staff Dynamix are jointly and severally liable. If the Client has kept in line with the BCOE and followed the correct disciplinary procedures Staff Dynamix will see the case right through to the CCMA and Labour Court if necessary.

Q: How can I ensure Staff Dynamix comply with legislation i.e. skills, wc, bargaining council returns, irp30, VAT?

A: A- All Staff Dynamix registration documents are up to date and available on request.

Q: Who manages your staff on site?

A: Although these are Staff Dynamix staff while on your site they are under your direct supervision. All your company policies and procedures will apply. i.e. working hours, leave, way work should be performed. The Staff Dynamix site supervisor will ensure employee well-being, deliver pay slips, etc. Staff Dynamix will keep records of all leave, pay all statutory deductions over to the correct institutions or departments and take disciplinary action when necessary.

Q: What happens when I no longer require the services of an employee?

A: You simply notify your Staff Dynamix site supervisor who will consult with the employee and ensure the correct procedure for notice period is followed.

Q: What happens when I am unhappy with an employees performance?

A: You submit a grievance on our specially designed form, send it to the Staff Dynamix site supervisor and we follow through.

Q: What happens when an employee is unsuitable?

A: Staff Dynamix will consult with both you the Client and the employee as to the reasons and if a resolution cant be reached find a suitable replacement.

Q: Who records and manages annual leave, sick leave and absenteeism?

A: The highly efficient Staff Dynamix HR department.

Q: How will my staff be paid – weekly, monthly, fortnightly?

A: You tell us.

A: Staff Dynamix have the latest Dbit wage and pay-role system. All the above and more can easily and efficiently accommodated to offer our Clients really don’t have to do anything else than submit the request.

A: The Dbit system is the very latest in pay role efficiency and gives every employee a detailed report on their earnings. Our clients also receive pay role reports to be able to have at hand for quick reference information on employees working in their company.
